• The lectures include a presentation of slides covering information about body awareness. Simple balance exercises that improve mobility, stability, balance, strength, coordination and postural control. The course will wake up your neural responses and quicken your response time both physically and mentally. It is also a way to become more in tune with your body and how you move through space.

• Lectures run approximately two and a half hours and include hand-out and exercise ball. Min.-10 students, max. 15 students.

• Cost is $50 per student. A mileage rate may be charged after 50 miles.

• Exercise class are available for groups of 10-15 students @ $10 ea. Private lessons are also available $50 per hour plus a mileage rate.
