The Core
Strength course is designed to improve your balance and strengthen the
spine. This course will wake up your neural responses, quickening your
response time both physically as well as mentally. It is also a way to
become more in tune with your body and how you move through space.

The ball is unique because it:
• Activates the whole body to maintain
balance
• Facilitates midline orientation
• Distributes body weight and a relatively large yet dynamic base of
support
• Creates two bases of support for the rider, the unstable ball over
saddle on stand
• Lowers the height of the body allowing equilibrium reactions and
difficult movement patterns
• Forces the body to work on the weakest part because substitutions
and/or compensations with a stronger part pushes alignment off-center
